Position: Civil Engineering Project Manager Location: Columbus, OH Job Id: 2108 # of Openings: 1 We are seeking a civil engineering project manager in our Columbus, OH office to provide management and coordination of multi-site design programs with national clients. Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering. 9+ years experience. Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate with multidiscipline engineering and architectural design teams. Experience navigating entitlement approvals (planning, zoning, engineering, architectural review boards, etc.). Experience with multi-site development design and development programs. Ability to create site plans following client and local code requirements. Ability to read and understand site and building construction drawings. Ability to manage multiple development projects at different stages simultaneously. High level of attention to detail. Some travel required. Responsibilities Lead the site design and documentation of retail and restaurant buildings including ground-up, tenant fit-out, and remodel projects. Develop project objectives, scope, and schedules by working with the client and determining project requirements. Establish and monitor detailed project plans. Meet and communicate with clients daily/weekly as required. Project administration. Construction administration.
