SVP Middle Market Lending - Team Lead

We are currently working with Texas based bank that is looking for to bring on Relationship Manager Team Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of Relationship Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight to drive portfolio growth and client retention Develop and manage key middle market banking relationships while serving as a senior advisor to clients and prospects Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting team members in achieving production goals Promote and cross-sell the Bank's lending, deposit, treasury management, and cash management products and services Review complex credit requests, assist with loan structuring, and partner with Credit Administration to ensure sound underwriting and risk management practices Oversee portfolio management activities, including renewals, risk monitoring, servicing requests, and credit quality reviews Collaborate with senior leadership to execute market growth strategies and achieve team performance objectives Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and commercial lending best practices while fostering a strong credit culture Qualifications 10+ years of commercial lending and relationship management experience Prior leadership, mentoring, or team management experience preferred Strong commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management expertise Proven business development track record with demonstrated success generating new commercial banking relationships Knowledge of cash management and treasury management products Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
