Serving up the care – and career – you crave. As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. Our Restaurant Associate Managers are people leaders and execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities. With home office support available to you on a 24/7 basis, you’ll have everything you need to succeed. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and inspire a team of front‑and‑back‑of‑house staff to achieve service and quality standards. Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and staffing to meet performance goals. Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Cracker Barrel’s brand and values. Manage financial metrics, including sales, labor, and food cost, to drive profitability. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
