Qualifications Graduate of an accredited educational program in occupational therapy. Licensed in the state in which they will be practicing. Must not be excluded or sanctioned from state or federal program. Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance. Proficient administrative and communication within department and facility and company. Thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in the practice of their discipline. Display working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in the Outpatient, ALF, ILF and/or LTC setting. Thorough knowledge of all payer source documentation and payment requirements. Ability to use analytical skills to develop outcome driven solutions.
