Breakfast Attendant

Job TitleBreakfast AttendantJob DescriptionThe Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for guests. This role ensures the breakfast area is well-stocked, clean, and organized, and that all food items are prepared and presented according to company standards.Job Responsibilities:Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and replenished throughout service hours.Prepare simple food items such as waffles, oatmeal, and other continental breakfast offerings.Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.Clean and sanitize all breakfast area surfaces, including tables, counters, and serving stations.Wash dishes and utensils as needed and ensure the breakfast area remains tidy and presentable.Stock and organize supplies, including plates, cutlery, napkins, and condiments.Report any equipment malfunctions or inventory shortages to management.Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.Job Qualifications:Prior experience in food service or hospitality a plus.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.Shift:Part Time- 5:30 AM - 11 AMDisclaimer:The list of Principal Duties, Essential Functions, and Basic Qualifications is illustrative but not exhaustive.
