We are seeking a dependable CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement for a temporary full-time opportunity in Norwalk. This role is responsible for safely operating and maintaining vehicles in a hospital environment while transporting passengers, supplies, food, and laundry. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, flexible with scheduling, and comfortable performing general support duties in a fast-paced setting.
NOTE: Candidates must meet background check requirements to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate passenger vehicles, trucks, or small tractors
- Transport passengers, materials, supplies, food, and laundry as needed
- Load and unload materials and deliveries
- Perform light vehicle maintenance and maintain basic records
- Assist with general labor and daily operational support tasks
Requirements:
- Valid California Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to commute to Norwalk
- TB test required
- Must be able to pass a LiveScan background check
