- Coordinate staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage for our residents
- Collaborate with nursing staff and management to identify staffing needs and make adjustments as necessary
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of staffing levels, hours worked, and employee availability
- Participate in recruitment efforts to attract new staff members and promote a positive work environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to staffing and scheduling

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business) preferred
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
