Position Summary
BCIT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Principal to join our administrative team at the Westampton Campus. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with administrators, teachers, students, and parents.

Qualifications

• Valid NJDOE Principal Certification (required)
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working with Career and Technical Education preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, and parents
• Demonstrated leadership skills in an educational setting

Salary & Benefits

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the annual salary range for this position is: $137,917 - $150,472 , in accordance with the negotiated contract.
