We are looking for a high energy, outgoing person that enjoys a fast-pace service and sales environment. Experience is a plus however we provide paid training. Average annual salary range $40-$80K.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Determine automotive problems and services needed by listening to the customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules.
Build customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates while answering questions and concerns.
