We’re seeking a Client Experience Manager who brings deep industry knowledge AND an established network of clients within the graphics, exhibit, or event world. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a seasoned professional who understands the full lifecycle of large-format graphic production and can leverage existing relationships to drive new business. What You’ll Do Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships — serving as the primary point of contact from concept through installation. Drive revenue by identifying new opportunities and bringing in clientele from your current network. Oversee all project details: estimates, timelines, artwork coordination, production tracking, and on-site installs. Collaborate closely with design, print production, and installation teams to deliver high-quality graphics and flawless execution. Represent Exploring Graphics professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations. Must-Have Experience & Qualifications Industry Expertise Minimum 5 years in large-format graphics, print production, experiential branding, or event/exhibit graphics. Strong technical knowledge of materials, substrates, print processes, and finishing methods. Familiarity with installation practices, production workflows, and color standards. Proven experience supporting or servicing Fortune 500 brands, creative agencies, exhibit houses, or major event clients . Client & Project Management Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving account growth. Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills. Experience preparing quotes, budgets, production specs, and project schedules. Business Development Requirements Existing network of clients within the graphics, event, exhibit, or experiential industries is essential. Proven ability to win new business and meet or exceed revenue targets. Confidence in developing and presenting proposals that convert.
