Administrative Technician III E16C This position is located in Oklahoma City or Yukon, Oklahoma. Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits Job related travel is occasional . - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Shift will be 8 hours between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:30 pm M-F. Minimum Qualifications:
- Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- This position is a full-time virtual setting.
- Answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries, answer general questions, and enter and retrieve client information as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with questions, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Electronic Benefit Card (EBT) for SNAP and Childcare.
- Ability to triage calls and transfer to appropriate program area as needed.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy
- Participate in individual and staff conferences.
- Must attend all mandatory training associated with the position.
- Have the ability to multi-task, write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
- Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
- Performing various backup duties as required.
