This role is based in St. Louis, MO and offers the opportunity to guide roadway and highway projects from concept through completion while building strong client relationships along the way. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality transportation projects while balancing scope, schedule, and budget, and contributing to the continued growth of our Transportation practice. About the Role In this role, you will lead transportation projects including interchange design, roundabouts, roadway realignment, pavement maintenance, and pedestrian and cyclist facilities, working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. You’ll be involved in business development, project planning, design oversight, client communication, and construction coordination, gaining visibility across all phases of delivery. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leadership while building your ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive successful outcomes. Over time, you will take on greater ownership of client relationships, project strategy, and team leadership. Oversee quality of deliverables, ensuring alignment with company standards and design guidelines. Support and lead proposal development, client presentations, and business development efforts.
