Prepare personalized insurance quotes and explain the value of different protection plans. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local Albion families and business owners. Manage incoming customer inquiries with care, ensuring every question is answered thoroughly. Follow up with prospects to track progress and ensure they have the information necessary to make informed decisions. Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and show our support for the area. Requirements Preferred active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license. Licensing assistance available. Preferred valid Michigan Life & Health insurance license. Licensing assistance available. Preferred previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role. Strong comfort level with computers and learning new software systems. Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
