Role Overview Join a collaborative veterinary team providing specialty internal medicine services in a growing practice. This role focuses on advanced diagnostics, complex case management, and delivering high-quality patient care while supporting team development and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (endoscopy, ultrasound-guided procedures, complex case management)
- Provide high-level internal medicine care for patients
- Collaborate with veterinary teams and referring professionals
- Mentor and support the professional growth of staff
- Build strong relationships within the local veterinary and client community
Compensation & Benefits

- Continuing Education (CE) allowance: $5,000 annually + 4 CE PTO days (for board-certified specialists)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board-certified or residency-trained in Veterinary Internal Medicine
- Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
