Food Packer Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.50 to $17.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am )
- Package finished snack products according to company specifications.
- Inspect products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy.
- Label, box, and palletize finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following food safety standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Report equipment or product issues to supervisors.
Food Packer Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable attendance and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for 12 hour shift.
- Frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED
- 12 hour shift 2-2-3 schedule, work every other weekend
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
