Job Full Description Quality Assurance Technician Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $17.00 / Hr Location: Versailles, Ohio Position Overview A growing food production facility in Versailles, Ohio is seeking a dependable Quality Assurance Technician for 2nd Shift. This role ensures all products meet regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and USDA communication. Key Responsibilities Equipment Calibration - Calibrate and verify accuracy of QA and monitoring equipment. USDA Communication - Communicate with USDA regarding SOPs, SSOPs, and HACCP compliance. Daily Documentation - Prepare, process, and maintain accurate daily paperwork. Product Inspections - Conduct visual line and finished product inspections; stamp acceptable product per specifications. Specification Review - Read, interpret, and complete written documentation based on product specifications. Testing Procedures - Perform standardized qualitative and quantitative tests to determine physical or chemical properties. Quality Auditing - Audit, record, sample, monitor, analyze, test, and measure product to verify conformance to specifications. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred CCP Certification (Critical Control Point) Basic Math Skills Quality Control Experience
