Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role requires a strong background in a 600+ bed academic hospital and proficiency in Epic software. The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support the healthcare team in various units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital with successful completion of competency testing.
• 2 years of relevant nursing experience required, no testing necessary.
• Epic software experience is mandatory.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
