Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Location: The Greens at Weaverville | Weaverville, NC

Job Type: Full-Time

Full-Time: Up to $12,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Greens at Weaverville is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to lead our 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while mentoring and supporting fellow nursing staff.

As the evening Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Working alongside physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team, you'll help ensure every resident receives the highest level of care from admission through discharge.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.

• Supervise, mentor, and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff throughout the shift.

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and other members of the healthcare team.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Serve as the clinical leader and primary resource for the nursing team during the evening shift.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate resident care.

• Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.

• Current CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one (1) year of long-term care experience preferred.
