ICU Nurse

Join as an ICU Registered Nurse in a community-based hospital setting, providing direct patient care in a 12-bed intensive care unit. Deliver assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care according to nursing standards. Promote patient- and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations. Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications include: Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). No prior experience required; experience in critical care is a plus. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
