Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Plan with guaranteed match Paid Time Off and Holidays Life & Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Programs Health and Wellness Programs BluSky apparel Responsibilities Water extraction and mitigation Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration Microbial remediation Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy All other duties or projects as assigned Qualifications Possess and maintain a valid driver's license Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred Work Environment and Physical Job Demands The work environment is usually quiet. Employees may be required to lift or move up to 25 pounds. The role involves sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, speaking, hearing, and walking regularly. Travel Occasional travel, less than 25% of the time. Some out-of-area or overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings. Compensation BluSky offers a competitive base pay between $15 and $25 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes a matching 401(K) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, equipment appropriate to the position, and corporate apparel allowance.
