Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) is looking for a skilled Site Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is pivotal in executing our onsite work processes and directly supporting our client's operational and strategic objectives.

We are looking for a professional with a solid background in recruiting who can expertly navigate compliance, talent management, and administrative workflows.

Position Overview

• Pay Rate: $26.00-$27.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will specialize in ensuring full compliance across all personnel activities-from initial screenings to workers' compensation. Your daily impact will include:

• Pipeline Development: Proactively building and managing a talent pool that meets specific client output and staffing requirements.
• Hiring Coordination: Facilitating the recruitment cycle by processing applications, conducting references, and administering skill assessments.
• Compliance & Screening: Managing all background checks and coordinating both onsite and external drug testing.
• Payroll & Record Keeping: Auditing payroll for total accuracy and maintaining secure, legally compliant electronic and physical personnel files (including I-9s and talent records).
• Safety & Operations: Overseeing the inventory and distribution of safety equipment and assisting the Site Manager with additional operational tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Recruiting Experience: This is a mandatory requirement for the role.
• Administrative Expertise: Proficiency in managing unemployment hearings, I-9 verification, and workers' compensation documentation.
• Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy in payroll auditing and data management.
