Cardiac Rhythm Management Speciality Territory Manager - New York

Medtronic seeks a Specialty Territory Manager to drive adoption and sales of the Micra leadless pacing portfolio across New York. The role combines clinical expertise, territory sales execution, and physician education to support cardiac rhythm management product launches and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Drive Micra leadless pacing adoption and sales growth across assigned accounts and territory
- Develop and execute territory business plans with CRM sales leadership and teams
- Provide clinical and technical support for leadless pacing procedures and customer cases
- Educate physicians, electrophysiology teams, and hospital staff on indications and best practices
- Build relationships with key physicians, hospital administrators, and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years cardiac device sales or technical experience in hospital setting
- Cardiac electrophysiology or cardiovascular implantable device background required
- Valid driver's license and active automobile insurance; acceptable driving record
- Ability to work evening and weekend on-call support hours
- Extensive travel capability; approximately 80% time in field across assigned territory
