Innovative Fitness is a rapidly growing commercial fitness equipment sales and facility design company located in the metro Atlanta area. We are seeking a full-time Installation/Service Technician that can consistently demonstrate the ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Job Description: Equipment Installation Technician

Assemble and deliver/install fitness equipment, along with performing warehouse duties, diagnostics, document visits, complete repairs, preventive maintenance, and other service-related projects as needed. Maintain client relations through professional and courteous service with a commitment to identifying solutions, offering recommendations, and providing for the customer’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Prefer minimum 2 years’ experience servicing, repairing, and/or assembling fitness equipment or relatable technical fields experience (e.g., appliance repair, playground equipment, copier repair, etc.)
• Bicycle servicing and repairing experience would be a plus
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Must be able to lift over 60 lbs. regularly
• Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Clean background check and drug screening
