(Centered Around Residents' Experience) First! philosophy and attendance expectations.Minimum experience:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of two years of CNA experienceSuccessful completion of a state approved nurse aid program AND currently listed on the North Carolina State RegistryMust read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents and staff, following oral and written directions.Additional experience:Geriatric experience and CDMPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50lbs continuously and over 100lbs frequentlySchedule1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., occasional weekends and holidays2nd Shift: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., occasional weekends and holidays3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., occasional weekends and holidaysSouthminster is open year-round, which will require availability to work evenings, some weekends, and holidays.
