Learning Project ManagerThe Learning Project Manager will manage the planning, development, implementation, and measurement of training programs globally. The Manager will establish and execute strategic and tactical activities related to company-wide training programs. This role is responsible for analysis and post-training assessments to link training facilitation and curriculum effectiveness to key performance indicators and processes to improve and maintain performance expectations.This role drives the effectiveness of our global training programs, directly supporting key business initiatives by accelerating new hire performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing employee engagement, and building critical skills across the organization.The role will be Hybrid based in Atlanta, GA. The salary range for this position is starting at $75,000, commensurate with experience.What You'll Do:Plan, manage, and ensure training delivery (New Hire and Ongoing)Design and deliver strategic learning programs aligned to business priorities, enabling workforce capability building and closing critical skill gaps across the organization.Create board readiness programs, executive education opportunities, stretch assignments, and cross-functional experiences that broaden enterprise perspective and prepare leaders for future executive and governance roles.Partner with senior leaders to assess development needs and design personalized learning strategies that strengthen leadership effectiveness, enterprise impact, and career growth.Partner with all internal stakeholders and partners to support revenue growth and demands from the businessConduct and lead detailed gaps & needs analysis to identify learning objectives and post-training assessment initiatives for the programPlan and conduct detailed performance and compliance-to-plan reviewsPartner with stakeholders to determine needs and priorities within the businessLead special projects related to new business developments that require specialized training attentionEnsure consistency of training design, delivery and execution; proactively provide relevant feedback, suggestions and best practices to improve resultsCreate and report business information and metrics as mandatedAttach and validate ROI for all projectsEnsure updated knowledge of the program at all timesEnsure project plans are kept up to date and risk to plan is called out to leadership in a timely mannerCreate and edit basic training content in Articulate Storyline authoring toolWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3-5 years experience in Project Management or Learning & Development, preferredMinimum 3-5 years experience in Car Rental, Hospitality, or Tourism, preferredBachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource, I/O Psychology, or related field, preferredCPTD, ATD, and/or Executive Coaching Certification, preferredStrong executive presence, communication, project management and presentation skillsStrong analytical and assessment skills; ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to create and execute workable solutionsStrong planning and organization skills; ability to think ahead, conceptualize and plan for eventsUnderstanding of Learning and Development theories and models preferredExperienced in the training life cycle from content needs assessment, content creation, deployment, and post training assessmentStrong computer skills; Microsoft Project experience preferredAbility to make decisions, use judgment and intuition to function in a matrixed and dynamic environment; able to handle load and deadline related pressuresFlexibility to work varying schedules as needed; travel may be required on an occasional basisAbility to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processesStrong facilitation skills to host virtual and/or in?person training sessions as neededAbility to work a flexible schedule; occasional travel may be requiredWhat You'll Get:Up to 40% off the base rate of any standard Hertz RentalPaid Time OffMedical, Dental & Vision plan optionsRetirement programs, including 401(k) employer matchingPaid Parental Leave & Adoption AssistanceEmployee Assistance Program for employees & familyEducational Reimbursement & DiscountsVoluntary Insurance Programs - Pet, Legal/Identity Theft, Critical IllnessPerks & Discounts –Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & moreAbout UsThe Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
