We welcome applications from both general gastroenterologists and those with advanced endoscopy training.

- Preference for at least one advanced GI specialist, with an expectation of some general GI work initially as advanced volume increases

- Target model is moving towards a 4:1 endoscopy-to-clinic ratio
- Aim to optimize physician time spent in endoscopy
- Supportive and collegial work environment
- The current physician serves as a strong mentor, particularly appealing for fellows and early-career professionals
- Highly engaged hospital leadership and administration
- Base salary starting at $600,000+, with flexibility for high-volume or experienced candidates
