Food & Beverage Manager Join One of Southwest Florida's Premier Private Country Clubs Vineyards Country Club is seeking an energetic, hands‑on, and results‑driven Food & Beverage Manager to help lead our dynamic Food & Beverage operation. This key leadership position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and plays an integral role in delivering exceptional member experiences while driving operational excellence and financial success. We are looking for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads by example, inspires teams, and is passionate about service, member satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day‑to‑day management of Food & Beverage outlet operations. Develop, manage, and maintain employee schedules. Oversee inventory controls, purchasing, and cost management. Process and manage payroll functions. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure exceptional dining experiences. Support revenue growth initiatives through creative programming, promotions, and member engagement. Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and service‑focused culture. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage management experience required. Country club, resort, hotel, or upscale dining experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and payroll systems. Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and member engagement.
