Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable amount of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Responsibilities for this Position Make the world’s most advanced Undersea Systems even smarterROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:As a Deputy Program Manager - Engineering (DPME) for the Fire Control Software Working Group (FCSWG) in the Strategic Mission Systems Business you’ll lead a highly skilled cross functional team responsible for the development, implementation, testing, and sustainment of Fire Control software variants across all platforms. We will be providing an incremental, innovative software architecture to ensure an updated platform for our Navy customers is reliable, maintainable, and future leaning while maintaining high quality.
