Summary The Store Director will lead the Oak Brook store, driving business performance and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, build sustainable client relationships, and ensure the store meets its sales and budgetary goals while upholding brand standards. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional client service Drive client and business development, including building a personal client portfolio and cross-selling Set and implement actions to achieve sales targets and monitor store performance and budget Recruit and retain talent, provide regular feedback and development plans Role model selling and on-floor management while ensuring brand standards and operations are maintained Requirements Proven leadership experience in premium or luxury retail Strong sales leadership with a track record of client development and driving repurchase rates Experience managing store operations, budgets, and performance metrics Ability to recruit, train, and develop engaged teams and provide mentorship #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
