Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: BOE

About the Position:

As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring seamless communication and organization. You’ll support leaders and teams through scheduling, coordination, and professional administrative assistance that helps the organization run efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for assigned leaders.
• Support project execution through proactive communication and documentation.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the execution of departmental initiatives and office operations.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of administrative or office management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
