You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in an actions or governance role
• 3+ years of experience in a senior program leadership role
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
• Experience with senior-level program management in a multidisciplinary environment
• Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and activities across organizational boundaries
• Experience with process improvement and performance management
• Ability to develop and present briefings on strategy, policy, and governance activities
• Ability to develop integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level program products and understand complex technical activities sufficiently to integrate execution
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with program management tools, integrated master schedules, risk and issue management, resource planning, and executive dashboards
• Experience with human capital programs
• Experience leading complex programs or organizations
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project Management Professional Certification or comparable

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
