Key Requirements and Technology Experience Must have skills: "FAR 15" or "DFARS" or "Subcontracts" or “Aerospace” or “Avionics” or “Defence” or “Military” Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance. Subcontracting experience (FAR15). Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and people‑oriented skills. Strong negotiation skills and processes.
