New Business Intake Analyst

Overview King & Spalding is seeking a New Business Intake Analyst to handle new business intake requests. Key Responsibilities Review and proof New Business Intake (NBI) forms. Review conflict reports and determine if additional approvals are required. Open, update, and close matters in InTapp Conflicts database. Run reports from InTapp database and NBI workflow system. Interact with the Finance department regarding billing information. Create conflict alert notices. Assist with other duties and projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three years of data entry or administrative assistance experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient at reviewing and analyzing information. Strong attention to detail. Capable of handling many tasks simultaneously and working under pressure. Ability to work with a high degree of independence. Must be highly responsive. Work Hours & Availability Availability from 10:00am to 6:30pm Eastern. Availability to work overtime as needed. Occasional travel may be required. Compensation & Benefits The firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit‑based performance. Pay Transparency Range: Denver: $70,000–$77,000. Chicago: $70,000–$77,000. Washington D.C.: $73,000–$80,000. Charlotte: $73,000–$80,000. Los Angeles: $75,000–$80,000. New York: $75,000–$80,000. San Francisco: $75,000–$80,000. Silicon Valley: $75,000–$80,000.
