Our Values:Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - for our people to excelRole Purpose:The D&C PMO Regional Co-Ordinator supports the regional capital projects portfolio by coordinating governance readiness, ensuring project data integrity in PMWeb, and enabling consistent cost, schedule, and scope controls across the project lifecycle. The role partners with Project Managers, regional leadership, and central PMO stakeholders to drive audit-ready documentation, accurate portfolio reporting, and disciplined project closeout.You'll Be Responsible For:Coordinate pipeline lookahead activities and governance timing, supporting smooth progression from intake through approvals.Ensure project intake activities are completed, including required stakeholder attendance (including D&C representation where applicable).Validate that project profiling and required project setup activities are complete prior to governance.Coordinate monthly reviews of CPT cost and schedule inputs to confirm alignment to project scope, assumptions, and planned timelines.Support the establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines and tracking against baselines across the portfolio.Assist with identifying schedule slippage and variance trends requiring escalation.Confirm due diligence funding requirements are understood and in place where applicable.Support documentation of funding strategy and ensure governance submissions reflect the required approvals path.Coordinate reviews of procurement strategy, bid lists, and procurement schedules to ensure awards are planned and aligned with the project schedule.Support design milestone commercial reviews, including validation of estimates and pre-bid documentation where applicable.Assist with bid leveling coordination and contract award/execution readiness.Act as a regional point of contact for PMWeb data integrity, ensuring critical data points and key artefacts are complete, accurate, and audit-ready (including SOX-related requirements).Support project teams in resolving PMWeb data issues and maintaining appropriate documentation throughout delivery.Coordinate concise updates for governance and portfolio reporting (e.g., major governance reporting), supporting accurate RAG status and portfolio health visibility.Promote reporting best practices and effective use of dashboards and operational reports.Coordinate closeout requirements, including confirming substantial completion documentation, final invoice reconciliation, and timely closure (target within 90 days).Support lessons learned collection and benchmark capture to improve future delivery performance.You’ll Need To Have:Experience supporting project delivery, PMO, governance, or portfolio reporting in a regulated environment.Working knowledge of cost/schedule coordination and baseline discipline.Experience with project controls systems (e.g., PMWeb or equivalent) and strong data quality mindset.Strong organization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio and meet deadlines.Experience in capital projects, construction/project delivery, or real estate/engineering environments.Familiarity with procurement processes and estimate/procurement milestones.Experience supporting audit controls and compliance documentation.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
