ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Angie Dell Foster - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Seek out and develop new business through lead generation and referrals.
Explain insurance options in a clear and supportive way, recommending coverage that fits customer needs.
Build lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Driven by goals and energized by achieving measurable success.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
