Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care hospital Radiology/CT unit, requiring 2+ years of experience and active ARRT certification.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting in a Radiology & CT department
• Level 3 trauma facility
• Performs all X-ray and CT imaging studies
• Uses Cerner EMR, DR PACS, and Philips equipment
• 10-hour day shifts
• Weekend coverage may be required based on facility need
• Holiday coverage required on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Active ARRT (R) credential required; CT certification preferred
• Active CA CRT (Radiology) license required; license required if applicable
• Active Fluoroscopy (Fluoro) license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active state license must be in good standing; pending licenses will not be accepted
• A copy of your driver's license is required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Radiology supervisor is on-site
• Hospitalist and intensivist are in-house
• RT and pharmacy services are available 24/7
• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates who worked PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
