Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Property Maintenance & Administrative Assistant to support two property locations in Laurens and Chester, SC. This role combines clerical responsibilities with light property upkeep and resident interaction.

Responsibilities

Schedule and document maintenance requests and inspections
Assist with property inspections alongside another team member
Maintain accurate clerical records and documentation
Help keep property grounds and parking lots clean and free of debris
Interact professionally with residents and provide excellent customer service
Support day-to-day property operations as needed

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with clerical and administrative tasks
Willingness to assist with light outdoor maintenance duties
Reliable transportation required due to travel between two locations
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism with residents
