POSITION SUMMARY U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday with varying start times beginning as early as 6am and working until the shift is completed, including rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires use team lifts or mechanical equipment Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment Remain on the move, working on your feet for extended periods and performing overtime as needed Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call as required by business needs DRIVING RESPONSIBILITIES Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles while making 10–20 deliveries per day Maintain accurate records and logs, including driver’s logs and fuel purchase logs Make on‑time deliveries to customers while operating safely in all weather conditions Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle for the day Operate a handheld device to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product Perform any other job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations BENEFITS Weekly pay Work boot reimbursement program Quarterly performance bonus program Healthcare benefits, available your first day on the job 401(k) with generous employer contribution and match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays On‑the‑job training and skill development Tuition reimbursement Employee discount programs PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Physical demands include frequent lifting of products up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires may involve rolling, destacking, and team lifting, or the use of mechanical equipment. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL) is required. All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions and moderate noise levels, with fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 21 years or older At least 1 year of professional driving experience (van, box truck, or semi) with satisfactory completion of a company road test At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience Valid driver’s license and good driving record in compliance with company policy Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts; pass a forklift certification test Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service Ability to work overtime as needed Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana) Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one as per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during the hiring process DIVISION U.S. AutoForce EEO & COOPERATION STATEMENTS U.S. Venture will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H‑1B, TN, E‑3, F1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, visa status and other employment‑based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
