About the Position

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Required Certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Skills in Adult Acute Care - Skills in Adult ICU - Skills in Adult Outpatient - Skills in various MRI procedures including Abdomen, Brain, Breast, Female Pelvis, and more Description: The MRI Tech will be responsible for conducting magnetic resonance imaging procedures on patients. The role requires proficiency in operating MRI equipment and ensuring patient safety throughout the imaging process. The technician must be knowledgeable in contrast media preparation and administration. Experience with GE and Philips MRI systems is essential. Additionally, the MRI Tech will maintain radiation safety standards while providing excellent patient care. Floating between departments may be required based on facility needs. No weekend shifts are required for this position. First-time travelers are accepted. The role does not require on-call time. Candidates must be willing to adhere to compliance and training requirements before starting.
