Sr iOS Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build media management and collaboration features for creative tools.
• Set the direction and architecture for innovative collaborative features.
• Ship high-quality, tested software for iOS and macOS.
• Drive product features from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with human interface designers, quality assurance teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Influence user interface decisions and project planning.
• Promote sustainable software development and an open, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience shipping high-quality, tested code on iOS and/or macOS.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns used in Apple-platform programming.
• Solid computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and at least one UI framework: SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and take ownership of product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: interest in Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, iMovie, or GarageBand.
• Preferred: experience with Swift concurrency, including async/await and actors.
• Preferred: proficiency with Swift Testing and/or XCTest.
• Preferred: commitment to accessibility and localization.
