What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire front-of-house and bar teams through hands-on leadership
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality
• Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Manage labor, scheduling, and daily financial performance
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Proven restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for hospitality and guest service
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong understanding of labor management and restaurant financials
