Saint Luke's Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Day RN to deliver exceptional care in patients' homes. RN MO and KS or Compact required BLS required Driver's License required M-F 8a-5p; flexibility Occasional weekends required The Opportunity Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice serves multiple counties in Kansas and Missouri. Duties Utilizing the nursing process throughout the provision of patient/family care. Coordinating the care of patients and consulting other disciplines of the health care team. Facilitating patient care, anticipating patient care needs, individualizing patient care and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate. Collaborating with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care.
