As we continue to expand our footprint in Arizona, we are seeking an attorney who is excited by the opportunity to help build and lead a growing practice with direct impact on operations, client relationships, and long-term growth. We are seeking an experienced Arizona-licensed attorney to lead and build our default servicing practice in Arizona. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney to take ownership of a growing portfolio while helping to develop and scale a local team. This role is ideal for a hands-on attorney who is comfortable managing their own caseload while also stepping into a leadership function, including supervising support staff and helping shape the future of the practice. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of Arizona matters, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and creditors’ rights litigation Appear in court, handle contested matters, and provide strategic legal guidance Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships Help build and lead the Arizona team, starting with paralegal support Establish workflows, processes, and best practices for an efficient operation Ensure compliance with Arizona laws, court rules, and client expectations What We’re Looking For 4–8+ years of experience in default servicing / creditors’ rights Strong litigation and courtroom experience Ability to operate in both a hands-on and leadership capacity Experience representing mortgage servicers or lenders preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP
