Astyra Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Executive/Operations Analyst to support the onboarding and ongoing operations of clients within a major payments network. This role works directly with Issuers, Issuer Processors, Program Managers, PIN Debit Networks, and other payment partners.

The Role will serve as a primary operational contact for assigned clients, helping them successfully onboard to the network and providing ongoing support once they are live. This is a client-facing, analytical operations role that requires the ability to work with large and complex data sets to research transaction activity, identify trends and anomalies, troubleshoot processing issues, and support operational decision making.

This position works closely with clients, internal operations teams, technical teams, and sales partners to ensure programs operate effectively and meet applicable network rules, agreements, program requirements, and technical specifications.

• Manage the onboarding of new issuers, processors, program managers, network partners, and other participants onto the payments network.
• Serve as a primary operational contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to Issuers, Issuer Processors, Program Managers, PIN Debit Networks, and network-to-network partners.
• Analyze transaction and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, processing issues, and potential root causes.
• Use data analysis to research complex client issues, evaluate network performance, and support issue resolution and business decisions.
• Research and resolve complex operational, transaction processing, and acceptance issues.
• Develop and support operational reporting, analytics, dashboards, and ad hoc data requests.
• Coordinate client certification and release activities for new programs, enhancements, and network changes.
• Monitor client compliance with applicable operating rules, regulations, agreements, program documentation, and technical requirements.
• Identify, investigate, escalate, and help resolve issues affecting transaction processing or network acceptance.
• Partner with internal technical, operations, and business teams to investigate data and determine the root cause of client and transaction issues.
• Collaborate with sales teams on the onboarding and implementation of new programs and services.
• Help clients understand program documentation and technical specifications and ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Support initiatives designed to expand network services and acceptance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and the overall client experience.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, banking, card processing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing operational, transaction, financial, or other complex data to identify trends and resolve business or technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable findings.
• In lieu of the education requirement, 4+ years of relevant payments, financial services, or related experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with electronic payments, card networks, merchant processing, or payment processing.
• Experience working with Acquirers, Issuers, Issuer Processors, Payment Processors, Gateways, Program Managers, or PIN Debit Networks.
• Hands-on experience querying, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
• Experience using SQL and data platforms such as Teradata or Snowflake for data analysis and research.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience troubleshooting, researching, and resolving payment transaction or other technical processing issues using data.
• Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes within transaction and operational data.
• Ability to interpret and apply requirements contained in operating rules, contracts, program documentation, and technical specifications.
• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Blueworks.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Sites.
• Experience developing or supporting solutions within Smartsheet is a plus.
