This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll focus on what you do best —legal research and writing—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction $60/hour bonus for billable hours exceeding the monthly threshold Discretionary bonuses + robust employee benefits 100% remote with excellent IT and administrative support High-impact Law & Motion work: Draft and argue dispositive motions, motions for summary judgment, and other complex litigation motions Meaningful courtroom exposure and opportunities to work closely with experienced trial attorneys 50+ dedicated support staff, allowing attorneys to focus on substantive legal work Less than 2% average carrier write-offs and deductions, reflecting strong billing practices This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys legal research, persuasive writing, and complex motion practice while maintaining the flexibility of working remotely! What We’re Looking J.D. from an accredited law school 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion work Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly preferred Salary and Other Compensat ion: The annual salary for this position is betw een $200,000 – $250 ,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candid ate.
