Wipro is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Managing Consultant specializing in CFO Services and Supply Chain Finance to lead consulting engagements focused on working capital optimization, financial performance improvement, supply chain transformation, and CFO-level decision support.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across finance transformation, supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, planning, and order management. This individual will lead consulting workstreams, advise senior client stakeholders, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver measurable business and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Working Capital & Financial Performance

• Analyze DSO, DPO, DIO, inventory turns, cash conversion cycle, overdue receivables, payment terms, and working-capital performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize cash flow, reduce working-capital leakage, and improve financial performance.
• Develop initiatives across order-to-cash, source-to-pay, inventory management, planning, and commercial policies.
• Design KPI frameworks, management reporting, cost-to-serve analysis, profitability models, and financial scenarios.
• Support integrated business planning (IBP), sales and operations planning (S&OP), forecasting, and inventory governance.

Consulting & Transformation Delivery

• Lead consulting engagements and major workstreams, managing project plans, teams, budgets, risks, quality, and client expectations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder discussions, diagnostics, and process redesign initiatives.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, requirements, and implementation strategies.
• Drive technology-enabled transformation through analytics, process mining, automation, and AI.
• Track benefits realization, performance improvements, delivery milestones, and business outcomes.

Business Development & Practice Leadership

• Build client relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to pipeline development and account growth.
• Lead or support proposals, RFP responses, solution design, estimates, commercial discussions, and client presentations.
• Develop reusable consulting methodologies, accelerators, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Mentor consultants, coach team members, and contribute to practice development and industry initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• C1: Minimum 6 years of relevant global experience with demonstrated expertise and workstream leadership.
• C2: Minimum 10 years of relevant global experience with broader domain expertise and complex engagement leadership.
• Experience in CFO advisory, finance transformation, supply chain finance, working capital optimization, order-to-cash, source-to-pay, inventory, planning, or performance management.
• Strong understanding of DSO, DPO, DIO, inventory turns, cash conversion cycle, cost-to-serve, profitability, and value realization.
• Experience leading consulting workshops, diagnostics, process redesign, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and technology-enabled delivery.
• Strong executive communication, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills.
• Experience in proposal development, presales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Technology & Platform Experience

Experience advising on or delivering transformation involving one or more of the following:

• SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Treasury, accounts payable/receivable automation, order-to-cash, source-to-pay, and working-capital solutions.
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM/CPM), supply chain planning, and inventory management platforms.
• Power BI, Tableau, enterprise data platforms, process mining, AI/ML, workflow, and automation tools.

Band-Specific Expectations

• C1: Lead major workstreams and small teams, manage delivery outcomes, support proposals, and contribute to client relationships and practice development.
• C2: Lead complex consulting engagements, larger teams, and broader program or account responsibilities; drive executive relationships, business development, and revenue growth.

Both bands are expected to maintain delivery quality, client satisfaction, utilization, governance, and measurable value realization.
