Boulevard Behavioral Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing essential support to vulnerable populations. In this full-time remote role, you will play a critical part in improving the mental health and well-being of individuals who face challenges stemming from neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health issues, and parental substance abuse. You will engage with clients through phone consultations and in-person interactions to deliver the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, gathering pertinent information to develop tailored care plans.

• Engage clients through telephonic or video sessions, as well as in-person meetings, to provide therapeutic support.

• Facilitate crisis interventions by assessing immediate needs and implementing effective strategies to stabilize clients.
\n
• Guide clients toward beneficial community resources, making appropriate referrals to other agencies and services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Participate actively in supervision, training, and team meetings to foster professional development and share best practices.

• Monitor clients for signs of abuse or emergency situations, intervening as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily working with diverse populations experiencing social, emotional, and psychological challenges. Clients may include children affected by abuse, adults dealing with domestic violence, and families struggling with substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or social services setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities for assigned populations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and documentation.

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities to effectively manage client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
