Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, supplier relationship management, and continuous process improvement to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and timely delivery of products.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage procurement, sourcing, and vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply.Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies.Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.Analyze demand forecasts and develop supply plans to meet customer requirements.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, and logistics costs.Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.Manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery.Prepare reports and present supply chain performance to senior management.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree (MBA or related field).Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or Six Sigma.Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or e-commerce industries.Key SkillsSupply Chain PlanningProcurement & Strategic SourcingInventory ManagementDemand ForecastingLogistics & DistributionVendor ManagementERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)Data Analysis & ReportingCost OptimizationRisk ManagementProject ManagementLeadership & Team ManagementProcess ImprovementKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Inventory TurnoverOn-Time Delivery (OTD)Order Fulfillment RateForecast AccuracyProcurement Cost SavingsSupplier PerformanceLogistics Cost per UnitInventory AccuracyCustomer Service LevelSupply Chain Cycle TimeWorking ConditionsFull-time position.May require occasional travel to supplier sites, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities.Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.SalaryCompetitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and industry standards.
