Job Details Construction Litigation Associate: The Associate Attorney will manage construction litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution. The Associate will argue motions in court, defend depositions and draft pleadings. Qualifications * Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience * Prefer experience in construction defect (WILL TRAIN as long as candidates have litigation experience) * Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Able to manage a heavy work load with competing priorities Interested in hearing more?
