A well-established community banking organization in West Tennessee is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead both the bank and its holding company. This executive will provide strategic leadership, ensure long-term shareholder value, and guide the organization through changing economic and market conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, soundness, and growth.

The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of bank holding company operations, corporate governance, and the regulatory environment affecting financial institutions.
